The predecessor of ShanDong Jinbao Electrical Appliances Making Co., Ltd. is Jinbao Transformer Material Factory, which was established in Zouping, Shandong in 1998. We specialize in manufacturing professional insulation material for oil-immersion transformers  DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER. With our reliable quality, 12-year manufacturing experience and continuously innovated and improved processing, we succeeded in enabling our DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER to meet the exporting requirements in 2000. After entering the international market, we successively broke into tens of countries and regions such as Taiwan, Korea, Iraq, Cuba, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Uruguay, Turkey, Venezuela, Brazil, South Africa, etc., with our leading product-DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER (also named as DIAMOND PATTERN PAPER, DIAMOND DOTTED INSULATING PRESSPAPER, DPP, DOUBLE SIDED DIAMOND PATTERN PAPER, DDPP, DPRCP, etc.). The exporting volume increases by 30% every year.

  From 2005, we started our investment in technology innovation and R&D. We studied American, Japanese and German DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER process and adopted reliable foreign formula to remove the major defects of the old products. The new products with scientific structure and perfect process passed the tests of European authority laboratories and broke into European market, such as Span, Belgium, Greece and Italy, which is our critical developing direction.

  We finished third phase project and expanded our facility for 1500m manufacturing area. 6 sets of assembly lines, 4 auto splitting machines were added. Our current output of DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER is 1500 ton/year (with a size of 0.25MM*1000MM).

  As the biggest DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER (DDP) exporter in China, we export over 95% of the current major products, Only pure epoxy DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER with high quality and perfect formula can meet the processing demands of Crystalline Alloy transformers and aluminum foil and copper foil Winding Transformers and reach foreign processing standards.

  DBF series transformer-fan, As a member of Transformer Subcommittee of China Apparatus Industry Association, Besides the supply to National Power Department and transformer manufacturers, we started exporting a small portion of our transformer-fans in 2007.
 
  Single-core cable overvoltage sheath protector, Successfully developed last year,  our single-core cable overvoltage sheath protector filled the technology vacancy in Shandong Province.

  DMD epoxy presoaking material is baked from DMD dipped with epoxy resin. Compared with Phenolic Resin.

 We have 2 sets full-automatic crepe tube equipments by self-developed and 3 sets semi-automatic ones by self-developed. Our daily capacity is 7000 pcs to provide the crepe tube. We have one pressboard stick (oil duct stick) equipment and 4 sets full-automatic edge fixing lines. Our daily putout is 10000 pcs duct stick to supply. We could provide 500 m oil duct strip one day.  

  We also do paper bobbin incised serving with high precision requirements (minimum width is 10mm). We have business relation with quite a few of foreign companies and the finished products are very satisfying, which can be applied widely in the electric manufacturing industry with high standards and high requirements.

Made of Kraft paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin.The epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern consisting of 9.5mm x9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm center spacing.

The Diamond Dotted Paper, alias such as: Epoxy Adhesive Diamond Paper, Double Sided Diamond Pattern Paper, DDPP, DPRCP,D.D.P, DPP, Diamond Dotted Insulating Paper, Diamond Pattern Resin Coated Paper,Varnished Paper , etc,

 It is to be used in oil-immersed transformers for the insulation between of coils. On the insulation layer, there is a layer dotted epoxy resin that will be changed with high temperature change that is to be called as felt.
